Detailed Introduction

 

1. Basic information of line body

The assembly line is an annular plate conveying production line specially designed for coffee machine products. It uses a green round anti-static tooling plate as the product carrier and realizes automatic flow between stations through a chain plate or belt transmission system. Working stations are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the line, and space for logistics and personnel passage is reserved in the central passage, forming a typical "double-line parallel" layout structure.

2. Structure and composition of wire body

Conveying system: The main body of the wire body is a metal frame structure, and the surface is paved with green insulating tooling plates. The diameter of the plate surface is about 600-800mm, which is suitable for the size of the entire coffee machine. The conveying track adopts modular design to support flexible adjustment of station spacing.

Station configuration: 8-10 working stations can be seen on one side of the line, with a spacing of about 1.2 meters, equipped with standard working tables, tool racks and material boxes. Independent lighting and compressed air interfaces are provided above the workstation to meet the needs of precision assembly.

Central pillar: A functional pillar is set in the middle section of the line body, integrating emergency stop button (red mushroom head), power socket and kanban mounting bracket, which is the control center of the line body.

3. Line monitoring system

A 55-inch industrial-grade display (Haier brand) is hung above the cable body to serve as a cable body data terminal to connect with the MES system in real time. The screen is fixed on the extension arm of the central column of the line, and the viewing angle covers the entire line of operators. The display content includes:

- Period output schedule (period statistics from 12:00 to 20:00)

- Real-time production and target achievement rate

- Pie chart for classification of defective products

- Work order information of the current day (product model, work order quantity)

4. Line operation process

The line adopts a rhythmic production model. It can be seen from the pictures that the product is in the final assembly stage of semi-finished products:

1. Loading station: Coffee machine metal chassis and plastic shell pre-assembly upper plate

2. Pipeline station: Silicone pipeline and wire harness connecting water pump, boiler, and solenoid valve

3. Electric control station: Install PCB control board, display screen, button panel

4. Test station: Waterway airtightness testing and program burning

5. Loading station: Finished products are rolled off the line and transferred to the aging test area

The end of the line body is connected to a material buffer rack (blue metal shelf) for storing materials and tooling equipment to be launched.
