1. Overview of the production line
The LCD production line adopts a modular assembly line design and is specially built for the assembly and quality inspection of LCD TVs. It can be seen from the real scene that the production line adopts a double-layer conveying track system, with the upper layer being the tool plate return channel, and the lower layer being the main assembly line, forming closed-loop logistics and realizing efficient circulation of materials. The entire production line runs through complete processes such as panel assembly, optical inspection, system aging, and packaging and shipment to meet the large-scale production needs of medium and large TV manufacturing bases.
2. Real-life analysis of the core workstation
The panel assembly area is the first key process in the production line. Workers wore white dust-free and antistatic clothing and completed the precise fitting of the LCD module and the metal back plate in a clean environment. The workstation is equipped with a vacuum chuck auxiliary feeding device to effectively protect large size screens from damage during handling and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
The blue signboard hanging above the production line at the illumination detection point clearly marks this quality control node. This workstation is equipped with a standard light source environment to accurately calibrate the uniformity of screen brightness and color temperature consistency to ensure that the optical performance of each TV meets the standard before leaving the factory. The inspection data is collected in real time through the industrial computer above the workstation and is bound to the product SN code for filing.
Key management and control positions implement a two-person review mechanism to finally confirm core process parameters. This workstation is equipped with a large size touch display and runs the MES manufacturing execution system to realize visual management of production progress and abnormal warning.
3. Intelligent and flexible design
The production line deeply integrates the information system. An industrial all-in-one machine is deployed above each key workstation, adopting a mature Windows industrial operating system, and supporting touch interaction and multi-protocol data collection. The system records production beats, yield fluctuations, and equipment status in real time to provide management with decision-making basis.
In terms of flexible manufacturing, the track width supports electric adjustment and is compatible with mixed-line production of multi-specification products from 32 inches to 85 inches. The fixtures adopt a quick-change design, and the change time is controlled within 15 minutes, quickly responding to changes in market orders.
4. Environmental control and safety assurance
FFU fan filter unit arrays are densely arranged at the top of the production line to maintain a 10,000-level cleanliness standard and prevent dust particles from adhering to the screen. An anti-static floor is laid on the ground and a grounding system is equipped to eliminate the risk of static electricity breakdown through precision components. Three-color warning lighthouses are set on both sides of the track. A green light is always on to indicate normal operation, a flashing red light indicates abnormal shutdown, and a yellow light warns of waiting status to achieve visual management.
5. Production capacity and quality indicators
The LCD production line design rhythm is 150 to 200 seconds per unit, which can be flexibly adjusted according to order requirements. Operating in two shifts for 10 hours a day, the daily production capacity can reach 800 to 1200 units. Through 100% full inspection coverage of optical performance, electrical performance and safety specifications, the through-rate is stable at more than 98.5%, and the repair rate is less than 1%.
This production line is suitable for scenarios such as ODM OEM for TV brands and commercial display equipment manufacturing. It is also compatible with the structural transformation and upgrading of traditional CRT factories, helping manufacturing companies achieve intelligent transformation.
