LED TV Assembly Line

This LED TV assembly line is a dedicated LED TV pipeline and LED TV production line for display equipment manufacturing. It is designed for complete assembly of LED televisions, compatible with 24~75 inch models including monitors, commercial display screens and household smart LED TVs. It covers full workflow: pre-assembly of backlight module, LCD panel, driver board, power board, speaker, housing assembly, wiring, aging test, function inspection, appearance check and finished product offloading. It serves TV manufacturers and smart display equipment factories for standardized mass production.

The whole LED TV production line adopts mature double-speed chain conveyor structure with tooling pallets as load-bearing units, meeting the conveying requirement of large flat TV assemblies. The line automatically completes workpiece transportation, precise positioning, station buffering and sequential transfer. Each workstation works independently and interlocks as a whole. The conveying speed can be adjusted flexibly according to production capacity. This LED TV assembly line supports mixed production of multiple sizes without modifying main frame, suitable for multi-variety, small & medium batch production. Each workstation is fitted with anti-slip positioning pallet to fix TV units. Operators can easily fasten back panels, plug in circuit boards and arrange wiring. It solves problems of workpiece shifting and inconvenient assembly for large screens, reduces wiring errors and missing screws, improves assembly stability.

The line frame adopts aluminum alloy profile structure, light weight and easy to install, stable for long time continuous operation. Long strip lighting lamps are installed above each station, with green shading baffle and reserved work instruction board mounting position. Multiple emergency stop buttons and audible & visual alarm devices are equipped, with overload protection, jam protection and safety interlock. The workshop uses green anti-static floor with yellow warning marking lines to organize material delivery routes to meet 5S management.

The line is equipped with industrial PLC centralized control system and touch screen terminal. It supports full line start-stop, individual workstation control, beat adjustment, real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system records workpiece transfer and process data to realize full assembly traceability. It can locate faults like pallet jamming or positioning error for quick maintenance and reduce downtime.

Compared with discrete fixed bench assembly, this LED TV assembly line realizes continuous flow production. Workers are assigned fixed workstations and single process, cutting redundant movement and heavy workpiece handling, lowering labor intensity. Refined process division and unified standards reduce wiring misconnection, missing parts and poor board contact, improving finished product yield. Compact layout allows pre-assembly, main assembly, circuit board installation, power aging, function test and appearance re-inspection within limited workshop space.

This LED TV production line is mainly for household LED TV assembly and supports mixed production of different sizes of commercial monitors. With modular split design, it is easy to install and commission with low maintenance cost.
