Toilet Assembly Line

This toilet assembly line is a dedicated toilet pipeline and toilet production line for sanitary ware manufacturing. It is designed for the complete assembly of ceramic toilets, compatible with one-piece toilets, two-piece toilets and smart toilets. It covers full workflow: ceramic body loading, tank fitting assembly, water fitting installation, sealing ring mounting, toilet seat assembly, water leakage test, appearance inspection and finished product conveying. It serves sanitary ceramic and smart bathroom manufacturers for standardized mass production.

The whole toilet production line adopts heavy-duty accumulating roller conveyor structure with high-strength tooling pallets as load-bearing units, meeting the conveying requirements of heavy and fragile ceramic toilet products. The line automatically completes workpiece transportation, precise positioning, station buffering and sequential transfer. Each workstation works independently and interlocks as a whole. The conveying speed can be adjusted flexibly according to production capacity. This toilet assembly line supports mixed production of multiple toilet models without modifying main frame, suitable for multi-variety, medium & large batch production. The line can be equipped with industrial handling robots for automatic loading and transferring of ceramic toilets, reducing manual handling of heavy ceramic workpieces, avoiding collision damage and improving loading efficiency.

The line frame adopts thickened section steel welded frame with strong load capacity and stable performance under long-term heavy load. Safety guard mesh and isolation fences are installed along the whole line, and safety enclosures are arranged for robot working zone with safety interlock protection. Multiple emergency stop buttons and audible & visual alarm devices are equipped, with overload protection, station boundary protection and jam shutdown protection. The equipment cuts off power and stops instantly upon abnormality to protect operators. Warning marking lines are arranged on workshop aisles for material zoning management, complying with 5S on-site management standards.

The line is equipped with industrial PLC centralized control system and touch screen terminal. It supports full line start-stop, individual workstation control, beat adjustment, real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system records workpiece transfer and process data to realize full assembly traceability. It can locate faults like pallet jamming or positioning error for quick maintenance and reduce downtime.

Compared with discrete fixed bench assembly, this toilet assembly line realizes continuous flow production. Workers are assigned fixed workstations and single process, reducing repeated heavy handling and unnecessary movement, greatly lowering the risk of ceramic collision damage. Refined process division and unified standards reduce missing water fittings, improperly installed seat covers and misaligned sealing rings, improving finished product yield. Compact layout allows pre-assembly, water fitting installation, seat mounting, water test and finished product delivery within limited workshop space.
