Industrial control displays show process parameters, production counts and defect statistics for visualized production management.

5. Overall Performance Testing: This is the core quality control station of the heater production line. Workpieces move into testing station with slat chain. Tests include power-on test, temperature rise test, thermal protection test, leakage inspection and hipot test. Non-conforming products are marked offline for rework.
6. Visual Re-inspection & Finished Packing: Inspect cosmetic defects and clean products, attach nameplates and safety labels. Remove qualified units from the line, pack cartons and transfer to warehouse.
