Overview
This electric oven final assembly line is developed for mass production of countertop electric ovens, air fryer ovens and other kitchen appliances. It adopts speed chain conveyor with green load pallets and aluminum profile frame, matching the on-site structure shown in the photo. The line realizes workpiece accumulation and accurate positioning at each workstation by stoppers. The whole production line follows the assembly process of electric oven, covering shell loading, internal component pre-assembly, wiring installation, control panel assembly, door body fitting, power-on aging test, performance inspection and offline inspection. It supports flexible mixed-model production of multiple oven variants, meets the continuous mass assembly requirements of kitchen appliance factories and improves assembly consistency of finished products.
Main Speed-Chain Conveyor Line
As shown in the picture, the main conveying system is speed chain line with aluminum alloy profile frame. Green thick load-bearing pallets carry semi-finished electric ovens moving along the line. The stopper mechanism locks the pallet at each workstation for manual assembly. The frame structure is stable and easy to modify for product changeover. The electrical system supports fixed-point stop, speed adjustment and emergency stop interlock, running stably for long continuous production.
Pre-assembly Auxiliary Workstation Module
Separate pre-assembly stations are arranged for oven heating components, control knobs, wiring harness and door assemblies. Complex sub-assemblies are pre-installed and inspected offline, then transported to the main line for assembly. This balances takt time of the whole oven production line and reduces bottlenecks on main conveyor.
Assembly Auxiliary System
Workstations are equipped with pneumatic tool hanging systems and air pipelines for screw fastening. Work area layout follows lean production principle, with material storage area beside stations for convenient parts picking.
Aging & Inspection Section
The end section integrates power-on aging and multi-function inspection. It tests electrical safety, temperature performance, knob control function and appearance quality of assembled ovens. Non-conforming products are separated for rework, ensuring finished product quality.
Multi-model Flexible Compatibility
Modular design of speed chain and pallets allows quick fixture adjustment, compatible with countertop electric ovens, air fryer ovens with different dimensions and control structures. Mixed batch production is available on single assembly line.
Stable Load-bearing Structure for Kitchen Appliance
The heavy-duty pallet and speed chain structure is designed to bear the weight of oven semi-finished products. Conveying runs smoothly without shaking during assembly operation.
Customizable Takt Time & Layout
The line layout and cycle time can be customized according to factory workshop space and annual capacity demand. Linear layout is commonly used for kitchen appliance assembly workshop.
Safety Interlock & Electrical Control
The whole line uses PLC centralized control. Emergency stop, photoelectric protection and fault alarm functions are configured. It can connect with factory MES system to collect production data and realize product traceability.
